The "Campolaia" farm holidays house started within a 25-years-old  flower cultivation facility producing top - quality azaleas and camelias.

The facility lies on a 5 - hectares ground.  The first part (one hectare), about 10 kilometres from the main ground, is used exclusively for flowers cultivation; the second part is used for proper agricultural activities like the production if olive oil , fruits from the woods like chestnuts and mushrooms, garden fruits etc..

	The house has been completely rebuilt in stone on a sunny and panoramic spot with a view on the Apuane Alps.

The house has two apartments  (“Camelia” for 10 people and “Azalea” 2 +2 people) and one big "Taverna" built in the basement.

	Both apartments have independent entrances, but they can be used as a single unit. Near the room there's a big pool (6x13 metres).

One apartment (Azalea, 2+2 posti) features one bedroom, one bathroom, kitchen and living room with fireplace bed-sofa; the other apartment (Camelia, 10 people) has a hall with fireplace and kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms.
